Why are Healthy Hoohoo products fragrance free?
Fragrance is a catch-all term on an ingredient list for over 3,000 chemicals, some of which can disrupt vaginal health and contribute to infections. That's why we keep our products fragrance free.
Why are Healthy Hoohoo products paraben free?
Parabens are synthetic preservatives that extend product shelf life, but they are linked to hormone disruption and potential carcinogenic effects. Parabens can also irritate the vulva, making them a no-go for gentle, healthy vulvar care.
Why are Healthy Hoohoo products glycerin free?
Glycerin is found in many personal care products. Although moisturizing, it is a sugar derivative, meaning it can feed yeast and increase the risk of UTIs and vaginal infections. That's why we are one of the few vulvar care companies that leave it out.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. EU customers enjoy a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer protection law.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not offer direct exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Please note that opened skincare products, cosmetics, supplements, and used beauty tools are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
