At Urbanova, we curate refined beauty and wellness selections with care. Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics, supplements, and personal-use products, we maintain clear return standards to protect product integrity and customer safety.
Please review the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in original condition
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Skincare products that have been opened
- Lip products or cosmetics that have been opened or swatched
- Supplements, ingestible wellness products, or gummies
- Beauty tools or devices that have been used
- Sale items
- Gift cards
These restrictions are in place to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to initiating a return.
3. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Urbanova is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please:
- Request a return (if eligible), and
- Place a new order separately.
This ensures the fastest and most accurate fulfillment.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
However, for hygiene and health protection reasons, opened cosmetic or ingestible products may not be eligible for return under applicable consumer protection exceptions.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
9. Important Notes
- We do not charge restocking fees.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Items returned in used or unsellable condition will not qualify for refund.
