1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, promotional events, or elevated order volumes, processing times may extend slightly. Each order is carefully prepared to ensure accuracy and product integrity.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Available shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including courier delays, high-demand periods, weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.

Urbanova is not responsible for delays occurring after an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details and selected delivery method.

From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping incentives. Any such offers will be clearly outlined during the promotional period.

4. Order Tracking

All dispatched orders include tracking information. A tracking link will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates and contacting the courier directly if additional delivery arrangements are required.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.

Urbanova is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Leave a collection notice, or
  • Redirect the parcel according to their standard procedure

If an order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we may deduct applicable return and re-shipping costs from any refund issued.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Urbanova does not control customs processing timelines or associated charges.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and related costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence so we may assess and resolve the issue.

If a parcel appears lost in transit, we will initiate an inquiry with the courier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation procedures.

9. Product Restrictions

Certain products, including wellness supplements or device-based tools, may be subject to shipping restrictions in specific regions due to regulatory requirements.

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to such restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected item(s).
